Full Planning and Design
For clients that need a team to contact all vendors, schedule meetings, attend vendor meetings, handle vendor payments, and much more. It also includes guest communication, i.e. concierge service for out-of-town guests, RSVP management, and guest management. Most importantly, we will ensure your Big Day timeline is executed from start to finish so you have a STRESS free, memorable celebration!
Partial Planning
This is for the Client who needs a team to walk them through the entire wedding planning journey while they are "hands on" for some of the work. We will take the lead on design and catering, and provide vendor recommendations for all other categories. Most importantly, we will ensure your Big Day timeline is executed from start to finish so you have a STRESS free, memorable celebration!
Finishing Touch Management
This is for the Client that wants to do all the planning, but want to be "hands off" on the Big Day. Preferably, our team needs approximately 90 days to prepare for the "finishing touch" on your wedding day details, i.e. attend final venue walk through, conduct and coordinate rehearsal. Most importantly, we will ensure your Big Day timeline is executed from start to finish so you have a STRESS free, memorable celebration!

What is the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?
Sometimes they can mean the same; however, a wedding PLANNER may be someone you contract with at the beginning of your wedding planning journey and your wedding COORDINATOR is the person you contract with after you’ve done all the planning and need someone to ensure it happens on the Big Day - can be synonymous with a Day of Coordinator.
At what stage of the wedding planning process should I hire a wedding coordinator?
As soon as you start wedding planning! A Wedding Coordinator could be a big asset to your process by connecting you with other wedding professionals that will work with your budget.
If I still need help with planning my wedding do you do that?
Absolutely. Full planning and Partial Planning services are available.
What are the pros of having a wedding coordinator?
Saving money, no stress during planning or on the Big Day, connection with wedding professionals who will execute your vision, and much more.
Will you be at both the wedding and the reception?
Yes, we don’t limit the number of hours;however, once all our contracted services have been completed, our team will depart.
What happens if my wedding day/year changes after hiring you?
During the pandemic, we had a special clause for this purpose. Once the pandemic ends, any day/year changes might incur additional cost.
Do you have a payment plan?
After the initial payment, the balance is split into 2-4 payments.
Do you come to rehearsal?
Our services include rehearsal.
Do you offer vendor recommendations?
Once an agreement is reached and signed by both parties, vendor recommendations are provided per request.
Will you attend visits to the venue and vendors?
Yes
How do I set up a Consult with you?
Once your initial form is submitted via www.thedirecther.com/contact, we will reach out to you to advise if your date is available. If it is, you can book a Discovery Session for $35 non refundable fee that will be deducted from your total invoice.
